[Fe(III)(SR)(4)](1−) Complexes Can Be Synthesized By the Direct Reaction of Thiolates With FeCl(3)
It is shown that the previously characterized [Fe(III)(SR)(4)](1−) (R= Et, i-Pr, Ph) complexes can be synthesized by the direct reaction of 4 equiv of LiSR with FeCl(3) in DMF solution.
