CONCERTED CONFORMATIONAL EFFECTS OF Ca (2+) AND ATP ARE REQUIRED FOR ACTIVATION OF SEQUENTIAL REACTIONS IN THE Ca(2+) ATPase (SERCA) CATALYTIC CYCLE
