“MGMT for pt mgmt”: Is Methylguanine-DNA Methyltransferase Testing Ready for Patient Management?

This Commentary reports on a robust quantitative assay for the interpretation of O(6)-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MGMT) promoter methylation assays that should facilitate the comparison and implementation of such assays across laboratories.
