Enantiospecific Total Synthesis of N-Methylwelwitindolinone D Isonitrile
[Image: see text] We report the enantiospecific total synthesis of N-methylwelwitindolinone D isonitrile. Our route features a double C-H functionalization event involving a keto oxindole substrate to introduce the tetrahydrofuran ring of the natural product.
