Free and Immobilized Glucose Isomerase from Streptomyces phaeochromogenes
Properties were determined of the glucose isomerase from Streptomyces phaeochromogenes NRRL B-3559. The enzyme exhibited a temperature optimum of 80 C and a pH optimum of about 8.
