Aurora A and Aurora B jointly coordinate chromosome segregation and anaphase microtubule dynamics
We established a conditional deletion of Aurora A kinase (AurA) in Cdk1 analogue-sensitive DT40 cells to analyze AurA knockout phenotypes after Cdk1 activation.
