Fluorescence Polarization Immunoassay of a High-Molecular-Weight Antigen Based on a Long-Lifetime Ru-Ligand Complex
We describe a new class of fluorescence polarization immunoassays based on the luminescence from an asymmetrical Ru-ligand complex.
