Comparison of Two Plating Media for Detection of Salmonella from Swine Tissues
Xylose-lysine-Brilliant Green-agar and Brillian Green-sulfadiazine-agar were used to isolate salmonellae from swine tissues. There was no significant difference between the efficiency of the two media.
