c-myb protein expression is a late event during T-lymphocyte activation.
The expression of p80c-myb was examined during the activation of resting human T lymphocytes. Before activation, no detectable p80c-myb was present. Synthesis of p80c-myb was observed only after initiation of the S phase of the cell cycle. IMAGES:
