The sequence at the 3' terminus of mouse immunoglobulin secreted mu chain messenger RNA determined from cloned cDNA.

The 3' terminal nucleotide sequence of two clones containing DNA complementary to mu chain mRNA of IgM-secreting cells has been determined.
