Endothelial laminins underlie the tip cell microenvironment
The role of basement membrane laminin 411 in specifying tip cell behaviour during angiogenesis is described in this issue of EMBO reports. Here, these findings are contextualized with the rest of the players in the tip cell microenvironment.
