In the title compound, C(17)H(17)ClN(2)O(4)·CH(4)O, the dihedral angle between the benzene ring planes is 5.29 (6)°. Intermolecular N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into a chain along the a axis.
