(E)-N′-(4-Chlorobenzylidene)-3,4,5-trimethoxybenzohydrazide
The title compound, C(17)H(17)ClN(2)O(4), was synthesized from 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzohydrazide and 4-chlorobenzaldehyde. In the crystal structure, packing is stabilized by intramolecular C—H⋯O and intermolecular N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen-bonding interactions.
