Immunoelectrophoresis for detection of polysaccharides in immune complexes.
A procedure for detecting pneumococcal capsular polysaccharides in immune complexes is described. Separation of antigen from immune complexes is achieved by electrophoresis at 56 degrees C. IMAGES:
