IKKϵ Signaling: Not Just NF-κB
IκB kinases (IKKs) are key components of NF-κB signaling pathways in innate immunity and inflammation. Surprisingly, three recent reports implicate IKKs in Drosophila in seemingly unrelated functions, including non-apoptotic caspase activation and cytoskeleton organization.
