Identification of Named Cultures of Bacillus calidolactis as Bacillus stearothermophilus
A study was made of 23 cultures of Bacillus calidolactis. By using cultural, biochemical, and per cent guanine plus cytosine methods, the cultures were found to be B. stearothermophilus.
