Immunohistochemical localization of alpha 1-antitrypsin in normal mouse liver and pancreas.
Using horseradish peroxidase and fluorescence immunohistochemistry, alpha 1-antitrypsin (alpha 1AT) was demonstrated in normal mouse hepatocytes and pancreatic islet cells.
