Mutations altering substrate specificity in OHIO-1, and SHV-1 family beta-lactamase.
The OHIO-1 beta-lactamase does not normally hydrolyse oxyimino-beta-lactam substrates like cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, ceftazidime or aztreonam.
