Nous avons vu combien, dans des colonies comme le Kenya, la traduction en langue africaine est un enjeu nationaliste. La maîtrise de l’anglais est un enjeu du même type, exemple très pertinent des ambiguïtés de la situation coloniale. Assurer un avenir aux enfants, c’est leur donner cette maîtrise....
