2-Alquil-4-Hidroxi-Tetrahidrofuranos de la Pulpa del Aguacate
Una mezcla 1:3 de 2-(heptadec-16-enil)- y 2-(heptadec-16-inil)-4-hidroxi-tetrahidrofuranos fue caracterizada por técnicas de RMN, en un extracto hexánico de pulpa de aguacate (Persea americana Mill.). Estos compuestos no han sido reportados con anterioridad de fuentes naturales.
