LOS DIEZ PRIMEROS AÑOS DEL CONVENIO EUROPEO SOBRE DERECHOS HUMANOS Y BIOMEDICINA: REFLEXIONES Y VALORACIÓN
En abril de 2007 se cumplieron diez años de la apertura a la fi rma del Convenio Europeo de Derechos Humanos y Biomedicina. Con ocasión de su décimo aniversario, el artículo ofrece una reflxión acerca de la importancia de este documento, tanto a nivel internacional como en España.
