Membership in the Region of the Open Cluster NGC 2244

A double elliptic bivariate model has been developed to solve the membershipproblem in the region of the open cluster NGC 2244. Once the physical clustermembers were found a fit to the ZAMS was made in order to find the NGC 2244distance modulus.
