Diffuse Lesions in the CNS Revealed by MR Imaging in a Case of Whipple Disease

We evaluate the role of MR imaging for initial evaluation and for long-term follow-up of Whipple disease involving the CNS. We also discuss the semiologic characteristics of the lesions.
