Coronary bypass with the free internal thoracic artery to treat anomalous right coronary artery
The surgical treatment of anomalous origin of the coronary artery remains controversial. Here we present three cases of young adults who underwent free right internal thoracic artery to right coronary artery bypass for the treatment of symptomatic anomalous origin of the right coronary artery.
