Hybrid DNA/RNA nanostructures with 2′−5′ linkages

[Image: see text] We report here the first instance of nucleic acid nanostructures that contain 2′−5′ linkages and characterize structures of different complexities ranging from a simple duplex to a 4-arm junction, a double crossover (DX) motif and a tensegrity triangle motif.
