Serum folate metabolites, asthma, and lung function in a nationwide U.S. study
In a U.S. nationwide study, a high serum 5-MTHF to UMFA ratio is associated with decreased odds of asthma, increased FEV(1) in children and adults, and increased FVC in adults.
