Multiple Sclerosis: Neuroimmunologic Puzzle
Epidemiologic, clinical, histopathologic, and laboratory findings in multiple sclerosis are briefly reviewed. Emphasis is placed on current clinical and experimental laboratory data demonstrating the presence of immunoregulatory abnormalities in the disease.
