Utility of serum free light chain ratio in response definition in patients with multiple myeloma

Patients with an abnormal sFLC ratio because of LC suppression have outcomes similar to those with a normal ratio. sFLC ratio has prognostic value in patients achieving CR who have an absence of clonal BMPCs assessed by MFC.
