Table of Spin-Orbit Energies for p-Electrons in Neutral Atomic (core)np Configurations
Data are given in support of the recently proposed formula ζ(np)n*(3)=0.450Z(2.33) cm(−1) (Z ⩾ 5). The table includes evaluations of this formula, which are probably accurate to ~ 15 percent for all atoms Z = 10 to 90.
