Enzymatic synthesis of the TΨ-loop analog of yeast tRNA(1)(Val)
Tetranucleoside triphosphate GpTpUpC and pentanucleotide pGpApUpCpC were synthesized by the method of the combined use of nucleolytic enzymes. KM-cellulose-bound RNase Pen.brevicompactum was prepared and utilized in oligoribonucleotide synthesis.
