Complete Genome Sequence of Enterococcus faecium QU50, a Thermophilic Lactic Acid Bacterium Capable of Metabolizing Xylose
Herein, we report the complete genome sequence of Enterococcus faecium QU50, isolated from Egyptian soil and exhibiting intermediate susceptibility to vancomycin.
