This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the benefits and harms of bile acid derivatives (such as obeticholic acid or nor‐ursodeoxycholic acid) for the treatment of people with primary sclerosing cholangitis.
