In the title compound, [Cu(2)(OH)(2){C(12)H(7)N(2)(PO(3)C(2)H(5))}(2)(H(2)O)(2)]·7H(2)O, two Cu(2+) cations are bridged by two hydroxide groups, forming a centrosymmetric binuclear complex.
