False-positive phencyclidine (PCP) on urine drug screen attributed to desvenlafaxine (Pristiq) use
We report a likely false-positive phencyclidine (PCP) result detected with a urine drug screen (UDS) (Medtox, St Paul, Minnesota, USA) in the setting of therapeutic desvenlafaxine (Pristiq) use.
