Electrophoresis separation assisted G-quadruplex DNAzyme-based chemiluminescence signal amplification strategy on the microchip platform for highly sensitive detection of microRNA
We have developed an electrophoresis separation assisted G-quadruplex DNAzyme-based chemiluminescence (CL) signal amplification strategy on the microchip platform for the detection of trace miroRNA. This strategy exhibits high sensitivity and specificity for detection of target molecules.
