Phakomatous choristoma of the orbit: a case report.

We report the case of a 3-month-old infant with a rare phakomatous choristoma of the orbit. This lesion is believed to be a congenital neoplasm of lenticular anlage. The clinical, radiological, and histopathological findings are presented. IMAGES:
