Acute myelomonocytic leukaemia presenting as xanthomatous skin eruption
A case of acute myelomonocytic leukaemia (AMMOL) is reported in which skin infiltration with xanthomatous nodules was the presenting feature. The histological, including ultrastructural, appearances are described. IMAGES:
