Sarcoidosis presenting as recurrent left laryngeal nerve palsy.
A patient with sarcoidosis presented with hoarseness caused by mediastinal lymph nodes compressing the left recurrent laryngeal nerve. The response to corticosteroids was dramatic and complete. IMAGES:
