Role of bronchoalveolar lavage in the evaluation of interstitial pneumonitis in recipients of bone marrow transplants.
Forty episodes of pneumonitis in 30 recipients of allogeneic bone marrow transplants were investigated by fibreoptic bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage.
