Complete Genome Sequence of the Acetogenic Bacterium Moorella thermoacetica DSM 2955(T)

Here, we report the complete genome sequence of Moorella thermoacetica DSM 2955(T), an acetogenic bacterium, which uses the Wood–Ljungdahl pathway for reduction of H(2) + CO(2) or CO. The genome consists of a single circular chromosome (2.62 Mb).
