In Vitro Activity of Coumermycin A(1) Against Mycobacterium tuberculosis var. hominis
Coumermycin A(1) exhibited in vitro activity against eight strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis var. hominis. All eight strains were inhibited by levels of 2.5 μg/ml, and six of the eight strains were inhibited by levels of 0.3 μg/ml or less.
