Comparison of Murine Sarcoma Viruses in Nonproducer and S(+)L(−)-Transformed Cells
The biologic properties of murine sarcoma viruses in nonproducer and S(+)L(−) cells were compared. Each virus was found to be genetically stable through at least two cycles of rescue and transmission to new cells.
