Reduction and Reoxidation of Australia Antigen: Loss and Reconstitution of Particle Structure and Antigenicity
Reduction of Australia antigen with dithiothreitol resulted in the loss of antigenicity and morphological integrity. Oxidation of the reduced Australia antigen reconstituted both of these characters. IMAGES:
