On Mammary Gland Growth Factors: Roles in Normal Development and in Cancer
Receptor-tyrosine kinases (RTKs) have essential roles in normal breast development, and are highly expressed and activated in cancers. But novel aspects of RTK function (e.g., posttranslational modifications) are emerging.
