In the crystal structure of the title compound, C(5)H(10)N(2)O, molecules are connected via pairs of strong N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds into centrosymmetric dimers, which are stacked along the a axis. The molecule is not planar, the dihedral angle between the N/C/N and C/C/C planes being 42.1(1)°.
