Pulmonary lymphomatoid granulomatosis mimicking lung cancer
Lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LYG) of the lung is an extremely rare, Epstain–Barr virus-related lymphoproliferative disease. We report a case of pulmonary LYG that presented as a large necrotic mass.
