In the molecule of the title compound, C(11)H(11)FN(2)O(4), the five-membered ring adopts an envelope conformation. An intramolecular N—H⋯F hydrogen bond occurs. In the crystal structure, intermolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the molecules.
