Surgical repair of ventricular aneurysms. Early results with Cooley's technique.

Using bovine pericardium instead of Dacron for grafting, we performed ventricular endoaneurysmorrhaphy (Cooley's technique) in 13 patients with postmyocardial infarction left ventricular aneurysm.
