Binding of 16S rRNA to chloroplast 30S ribosomal proteins blotted on nitrocellulose
Protein-RNA associations were studied by a method using proteins blotted on a nitrocellulose sheet. This method was assayed with Escherichia Coli 30S ribosomal components.
