'Interactive' recognition in EcoRI restriction enzyme-DNA complex.
A solution study of interaction between DNA and EcoRI restriction enzyme shows that there is a definite distortion of DNA in the specific recognition complexes but no measurable DNA distortion in the non-specific interaction. IMAGES:
